The main reason why I mention this particular guitar on this list because it is good enough for beginners to start learning with this one. Also, it's a cutaway design, lightweight and smaller size will help the beginners to feel comfortable and easy to play.

 Though it has a decent sound quality, I do not recommend this especially if you are a beginner because of its dreadnought design which is thicker in width, as a result, it does not provide a good comfortable. Also, thick fretboard will be a huge problem while practising.

Also, it has a thinner neck and body which is the most important part a guitar should have especially for a beginner. Overall this guitar is good quality and ideal for the beginner.

If you are a beginner then this also a good choice.

GUITAR BUYING GUIDE.
There are many factors for a good guitar. These factors determine the quality of a guitar. For absolute beginners or intermediate, I would like to advise you to check properly before you buy it.

 COMFORT
First of all, your guitar should be comfortable to play. Try to hold the guitar in the playing position and ask yourself, “does holding it feels comfortable, or does it feel awkward?” It should feel comfortable while both standing and sitting.
This is one of the most important factors for beginners to be aware of. This will allow you to play in your comfort zone.
The strings shouldn’t feel too far from the fretboard.
You might be asking, “why does it matter if the strings feel too far from the fretboard?”
Yes, it matters, how? If you are absolute beginners your fingers will pain like hell,  as a result, you will force yourself to quit.  Therefore, check properly before you finalized it.

NECK THICKNESS
Another factor to consider when testing guitars while shopping is the feel of the neck.
Is it too fat? Too wide? Try playing up and down the fretboard (even if you don’t know how to play yet) just to get a feel of the neck.
One of the reasons beginners stop learning is because their guitar makes playing harder. Guitars can do that? Yes, if it’s not fit for you.
So while shopping for your first guitar, try out as much as you can.

BODY SIZE
This is related to comfort, but the body size is an important topic that needs its own section. Basically, there are small, medium, and large body guitar sizes.
